Lovely Villa Eu Figueral is located in the quiet area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa. The property stands out for this location, as it offers a nice, relaxing atmosphere while you are spending time in the garden or while enjoying a day in the swimming pool. It is also a short 15 minute stroll to the town center, where you will find all the main supermarkerts, shops, restaurants and more.
Villa Eu Figueral has a maximum capacity for 6 guests, with two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom, with two single beds. There are two bathrooms also in the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necesary that would be needed for your stay here in Mallorca. Also indoors, you will find the cozy living room and dining room area, which makes it perfect for an evening in, to enjoy a nice meal, or to simply chill on the sofa watching a movie. There is a SMART TV so that you can watch your favourite series on NETFLIX, YOUTUBE or connect to your AMAZON account.
The outdoor area you will find is very complete and spacious. There is also a dining table on the terrace area, which is ideal for a sunny breakfast, surounded by the lovely swimming pool and the stunning mountain views. As you enter the property, you will find more than enough space to park your car.
This villa and it's location is the perfect option for an amazing family or friends experience to enjoy the beatiful Puerto Pollensa, it's surroundings, and everything that lovely Mallorca has to offer.

Villa Ana has been completely refurbished and is located in the Siller area, which is approximately 15 minutes’ walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa, or just 5 minutes’ drive. There is plenty of parking in the quiet street in front of the villa. There is a gated entrance and a large lawned area leading up to the entrance of the house. As you enter the villa there is a new modern kitchen on the right hand side, which has direct access to the outside covered terrace. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. To the left is the open plan lounge diner. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, that share a family bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a second double bedroom on this level. From the lounge and kitchen there are doors that lead out on to the terrace, here you will find the built in BBQ, the table tennis table, and sunbeds for relaxing around the pool.
