Villa Ocaso is a spacious two-storey villa conveniently located just a 20minute walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa, in an area known as Siller. You enter the villa into a light and airy open plan lounge diner, with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom, comprising of a bath with overhead shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There are 2 additional twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom, that has a bath with overhead shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday with a large fridge and separate chest freezer. The kitchen opens onto a patio area with brick-built BBQ, and seating area for Al fresco dining while you soak up the wonderful views of the mountains. From here there is an external staircase that leads to 2 twin bedrooms, with shower room and comfortable relaxing area. This is the perfect area for those of the group seeking some privacy. Evenings out could not be easier, as Villa Ocaso is so close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa, where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes, the marina area and the famous “Pine Walk” ETV01397 Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels. Set on twenty acres of land in the Northern tip of Mallorca, Vinya Gran is an unparalleled luxury hideaway. This five-bedroom residence was built in traditional Spanish style, set within a lush garden of mature palms and manicured trees. The eighteen metre swimming pool is spectacular and even has a separate shallow children’s area (0.7m deep). A spacious poolside deck houses loungers and dining areas, to enjoy the amazing surroundings. When you’re not swimming laps, try your hand at ping pong or set up a game of doubles on your private tennis court. The villa is located in Puerto Pollensa which has a relaxed beach vibe. There are two super stretches of beach, a pretty promenade and a chic marina. You’ll find old stone houses and cobbled lanes, family run restaurants and lots of nice coastal walks here. * Please note, the Sauna is only available between 17:00 - 18:00. *For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning throughout the evening and night. Mobility Statement To access the villa there is a 170cm wide path along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 160cm wide and the kitchen doors which are 75cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 220cm wide and also the grounds are flat. The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the only bedroom on the ground floor and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 55cm wide which is the only bathroom on the ground floor.
