There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests and 3 large beautifully appointed bathrooms each with an extra large shower area.
The property is light and spacious, allowing a large group of friends or family to enjoy a vacation in the sun. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and the nearby Duva sports facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items to ensure you have everything you need during your stay including a dishwasher, induction hob, two fridges, large freezer and coffee machine and is open to dining and lounge areas where all guests can enjoy a meal or simple relaxation together. It has an adjacent utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The lovely living area has large sofas, a chaise longue, smart television and a Sonos speaker for streaming music.
The multiple large sliding doors have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area where you will find outdoor seating and sun loungers.
There is a large covered outdoor dining table and chairs with BBQ, ideal for sunny lunches and dinners, as well as multiple loungers in the garden and around the pool for additional relaxation.

The villa is a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and an easy 10 to 15 minute stroll from the beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa.

The local bus stop is a 100m walk from the villa and the local bus station is a 10 minute walk with regular access to all areas of Mallorca.
Pollensa old town is a 5 minute drive and Alcudia 10 mins by car. Both can be easily reached by local bus.
