This spectacular Mallorquian style villa is situated in the countryside of Pollensa only a couple of minutes drive from the town centre and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Villa Can Barrió is a magnificent and spacious Mallorcan property, ideal to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday and enjoying the relaxation in the sun. The villa has central heating in all rooms and air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms. Stunning Can Barrió has a total of 4 bedrooms, hosting a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The property is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the large living and dining room area, which has direct access to two en suite bedrooms. The kitchen area is fully equipped, and has all the necessary items that you would need for your stay in lovely Mallorca. On the top floor, you will find the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior area of the house, is certainly one of the main highlights. You will find yourself surrounded by the large and well kept garden area, a private swimming pool, and a terrace area, equipped with it's own furniture, making this the perfect location for a peaceful morning breakfast or a relaxing cocktail during the evening.
