Villa Cuarterades is situated in a quiet residential area called La Font, located off the road that runs between Pollensa and Puerto Polllensa.This beautiful finca nestles peacefully on the slopes of the “Serra del Norte” mountain range, surrounded by old oak trees, almond and olive trees making this an oasis for a traditional Mallorquin holiday experience. Villa Cuarterades has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You enter the property into the lounge area, with comfortable sofas and large flat screen, SMART TV so that you can access your NETFLIX and AMAZON accounts. There is a separate dining room with a big table for 8 people with lots of natural light, and direct access to the BBQ and garden. Also leading from the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped for your self-catering holiday. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms with walk in shower. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, the other is a family bathroom. Upstairs is reached by a round staircase, complete with handrail, and fitted with a stairgate at the top and at the bottom. There there is a quiet area here, with comfortable seating and traditional style coffee table. There are 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. In addition, there is a large exterior terrace, an ideal place to watch the sun go down. There is plenty of outside space, with exterior table and chairs, with direct access to the BBQ and kitchen. The large pool, is surrounded by sunbeds and an additional covered seating area. A lawned area, with natural shade is the ideal spot for children to play or move your sunbed into the shade for a quiet siesta! The villa benefits from Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms, WIFI throughout the house and a table tennis table.
