Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away. Your private swimming pool is to the side of the house with a brick built BBQ. There is a shaded terrace for lazy lunches. Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Villa Manresa has some extra facilities to ensure you have a really comfortable stay: Table tennis, Wifi, and hairdryers.
The pool measures 10x3m and is fully fenced.
No pets aloud.
Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels, and welcome pack.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
Please note: In line with local energy saving initiatives air conditioning units are fitted with motion sensors.
