Description
Ground floor la Bugambilia is simple and comfortable property in a great location only 5 meters from the beach. The long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just at the door step. It is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and near the center. All the amenities are within walking distance so a car is not necessary as you are close to everything. The layout of the apartment is all on the ground floor, making it easy for families with small children or the elderly. Although all the bedrooms have A/C, the rest of the house is cooled by the fresh outdoor breeze. In the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room with direct access to the lovely terrace, 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom ensuite, twin bedroom and double bedroom), 2 bathrooms.
When Booking or Wanting to book:
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20eur per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10eur for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
Please note: In line with local energy saving initiatives all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.

Great apartment in a great location

Despite a few hiccups on our arrival we cannot fault our stay. Nicky and Sheree in the office are fabulous, quick to reply to queries and sort out any problems. We were unable to check in when we arrived as the apartment was not prepared. Sheree sortsee more
Despite a few hiccups on our arrival we cannot fault our stay. Nicky and Sheree in the office are fabulous, quick to reply to queries and sort out any problems. We were unable to check in when we arrived as the apartment was not prepared. Sheree sorted it out as soon as she could, remained in contact while this was sorted out and turned up in person to ensure everything was ok. They ensured that we were happy with the outcome and communicated with us respectfully and kindly.
The apartment itself was spacious and well organised. The kitchen had everything it needed. The aircon units were effective and located in every bedroom and the lounge area. The patio was lovely to relax on during the day and enjoy drinks and card games in the evening. The location of Tamarells beach bar over the road was great! We highly recommend JSVillas and Apartment Bugambilia and would love to stay again in the future! |
